Carolyn is a qualified personal trainer and group fitness trainer currently working as a Producer, Director and Actress in Melbourne, Australia.
Carolyn has been involved in Musical Theatre (acting, singing and dancing) for 12 years and specializes in training beginners to elite athletes in flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and performance specific strength training.
You can train with Carolyn online, or face-to-face in St Kilda or Caulfield, or outdoors at a specified area around the inner south-east of Melbourne.
Carolyn has experience working within a multidisciplinary team for those with chronic health conditions or in active recovery from an eating disorder to ensure your health and wellbeing is at the forefront of your training.

Carli is a qualified personal trainer and small group fitness trainer currently working as a professional dancer and dance teacher in Melbourne.
Having danced all her life and trained in a full-time institute, Carli has an immense love for the arts and fitness.
She believes in building the foundations; utilising strength, endurance, stamina and flexibility training in order to PERFORM your best and FEEL your best in your area of expertise!
Carli has immersed herself in acting and singing over the last 6 years, and in her leisure time you’ll find her reading, baking fun healthy treats OR out for an acai bowl in the sun!

Caitlin Holdcroft
Caitlin is a qualified personal trainer, group fitness trainer, and pilates instructor who has worked across many boutique and commercial gyms in Victoria, Australia.
Growing up as a dancer, Caitlin’s passion for physical movement has translated into the fitness industry, where she specialises in functional fitness, mobility & strength training, and cardiovascular endurance.
