  • Carolyn is a qualified personal trainer and group fitness trainer currently working as a Producer, Director and Actress in Melbourne, Australia.

    Carolyn has been involved in Musical Theatre (acting, singing and dancing) for 12 years and specializes in training beginners to elite athletes in flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and performance specific strength training.

    Carolyn has experience working within a multidisciplinary team for those with chronic health conditions or in active recovery from an eating disorder to ensure your health and wellbeing is at the forefront of your training.

  • Caitlin is a qualified personal trainer, group fitness trainer, and pilates instructor who has worked across many boutique and commercial gyms in Victoria, Australia.

    Growing up as a dancer, Caitlin’s passion for physical movement has translated into the fitness industry, where she specialises in functional fitness, mobility & strength training, and cardiovascular endurance.
