    With personalized group fitness training you can strengthen your body while learning new skills for your career.

    Our classes allow you to strengthen areas you’re not so good at (hello breath control or flexibility) so you can train your body to feel good while increasing your capacity as a performing artist.

    Classes are 2-6 people and run in 8-10 week blocks.

  • Deep stretching, PNF stretching, mobilization, flexibility, endurance walks, swim access or spa access.

    Offered on a less frequent basis than personal training or group fitness training, these sessions are only available in person to current clients.

  • We will start with an online video consultation to break down your needs, career and lifestyle to put together a program for you to take to your gym and do yourself.

    We then support you holistically with scheduled check ins to ensure you get the most out of your program.
