What’s in my bag?!

We’re gonna make this a fun little series so here is PART ONE of WHAT’S IN MY BAG!!

Dance show/rehearsal

  • Drink bottle!

  • Snacks, snacks, snackssss (go to’s: fruit such as grapes, mandarins, apple etc, lollies for that hit of carbs/energy, protein muesli bars, pretzels)

  • Journal/notebook – for jotting down feedback, cleaning notes, thoughts etc.

  • Make up neatly organised, mirror, make up wipes

  • Hair supplies! – a tough hairspray, brush & comb, clips and bobby pins

  • Deodorant & body spray (we don’t wanna be stinkayyy)

  • Change of clothes & all costumes, undergarments & shoes required!

  • Extra tights

  • Needle & thread incase of constume mishaps

Gym bag:

  • Lifting gloves (bcoz blisters ain’t pretty) - I love/train with THESE!

  • Lifting straps - me and Carolyn both use Gym Sharks (HERE!) 10/10 recommend!

  • Resistance bands (use for warm ups) - I have THESE and haven’t had any issues with them!

  • Drink bottle

  • Headphones - I use THESE and find them secure when training!

  • Sanitizer

  • Deodorant
