What’s in my bag?!
We’re gonna make this a fun little series so here is PART ONE of WHAT’S IN MY BAG!!
Dance show/rehearsal
Drink bottle!
Snacks, snacks, snackssss (go to’s: fruit such as grapes, mandarins, apple etc, lollies for that hit of carbs/energy, protein muesli bars, pretzels)
Journal/notebook – for jotting down feedback, cleaning notes, thoughts etc.
Make up neatly organised, mirror, make up wipes
Hair supplies! – a tough hairspray, brush & comb, clips and bobby pins
Deodorant & body spray (we don’t wanna be stinkayyy)
Change of clothes & all costumes, undergarments & shoes required!
Extra tights
Needle & thread incase of constume mishaps
Gym bag:
Lifting gloves (bcoz blisters ain’t pretty) - I love/train with THESE!
Lifting straps - me and Carolyn both use Gym Sharks (HERE!) 10/10 recommend!
Resistance bands (use for warm ups) - I have THESE and haven’t had any issues with them!
Drink bottle
Headphones - I use THESE and find them secure when training!
Sanitizer
Deodorant
